IMMEDIATE NEED in Northern California CONTRACT position for a Stock
Plan Coordinator to handle equity plan administration including
management administration coordination reporting and reconciliation of
our global equity compensation programs. Requires BA or BS Accounting
or Finance and 4+ years global stock administration experience from a
mid-size to large company background. Position will also assist with
FAS 123 (R) calculations for quarterly and annual financial statement
disclosures and forecasting. Requires skills to process stock grants
terminations exercises and reconcile monthly and quarterly stock
activity to verify all stock transactions to source documents. Must be
proficient with Equity Edge Microsoft Excel and Word. Local candidates
