The Team
In GSPS, you will be pivotal in the continuous improvement current Equity systems and processes as well as helping design approaches to new programs. Challenging the status quo and developing best practices to elevate the organization to the next level.

Role & Responsibilities
In this key role, you will:
● Manage the securities filings for their region or area of responsibility for timely completion and filing
Key point of contact for Emerging Markets region for Equity Compliance filings and theatre support
● Communicate international stock strategies to HR and international payrolls
● Ensure compliance of grant process, taxation, holding periods and systems, particularly where special requirements must be met
● Manage workflow of outside services providers supporting the International Stock Plans function (Legal and Tax) for their region

Minimum Qualifications
● Accounting Qualification/ Proven record
● 10+ years of Finance/Accounting or Stock Administration experience
● Ability to establish and meet critical timelines
● Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders

Desired Skills
● Project Management experience
● Equiview experience
