Looking for attorneys who want to enforce section 16 (b) of the 1934 Securities Act Act

I am trying to find an attorney licensed in California or Texas  or New York  or Ohio, or Illinois who understands Section 16 (b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 . Enforcing section 16 (b) is relatively easy against officers, directors and greater than 10 % owners, who have unfairly extracted wealth from their companies and shareholders by violation of Section 16 (b) of the 1934 Securities Exchange Act .

These officers and directors and 10% owners also have violated their Fiduciary Duties.

I will pay all filing fees and any other fees.

 Perhaps initially the prospective attorney can act pro hoc vice , who want to learn section 16 (b) and make  recoveries to their companies.
