Large Investment Bank here in
Manhattan is seeking a Data Analyst for their Stock Plan Services
division. This role will be performing financial operations and data
analysis. As a result of recent changes to the financial accounting
standards that govern expensing of stock plans (FAS123R), the company
has created a new department to assist their corporate clients with
their compliance with FASB guidelines. They are rapidly expanding their
staff at several experience levels.
Overview of Role:
. Participate in the following FAS123R Module operation/production processes:
. Extracting data from the SPI and Sapphire administration systems
. Importing data into the FAS123R Module (admin system extracts and client supplemental files)
. Reconciling data flow between the administrations systems and FAS123R module (Error logs, kickouts, etc)
. Input company information per client's direction
. Running reports
. Transmitting reports to clients
. Suggest improvements to existing processes to Production Supervisor.
