Job Description |
Our client is a leading Bank in Kuwait. Job Responsibilities: 1) To assist in implementing consistent compensation and performance management practices within the bank thereby ensuring attracting and retaining of right talent in the organisation. 2) Keep up-to-date Job descriptions for the organisation by accurately refining the existing job descriptions as per department’s needs and internal movements 3) Understand type, scope, and key accountabilities from the management to create job descriptions for new positions that can be utilized in attracting the right talent 4) Assist in conducting compensation surveys to determine external market competitiveness, pay practices, pricing trends and best practices in compensation benchmarking within local markets 5) Analyze organizational and industrial data to suggest recommendations towards implementation of best practices within the organization 6) Coordinate, track and manage data collection for performance management during various appraisal cycles 7) Cordinate with recruitment on providing updated job descriptions during hiring, and that that all recruitment channels receive consistent job descritptions for hiring purposes 8) The jobholder plays a key role in design, development and implementation of job descriptions, evaluation, classification and other compensation related initiatives that benefits the bank in attracting and retaining high potential employees. |
Desired Candidate's Profile |
Profile | 1)
Suitable candidate should have 2 – 5 years in HR, with preferably 2 years within compensation, benefits and performance management 2) Candidate must have Degree in psychology / statistics / Business Management / HRM 3) Candidate should have strong Communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills. |
