Title Executive Compensation Analyst


Job Description:

The Executive Compensation Analyst will administer CH2M Hill's
executive compensation programs which include deferred compensation,
annual and long-term incentives, stock options and restricted stock.
This role will be responsible for maintaining documentation and records
of all elements of executive compensation to ensure complete and
accurate reporting of executive compensation data; functioning as the
primary point of contact for the administration of the deferred
compensation program; and providing both regular and ad hoc analyses to
support compensation program design and evaluation.

Key Duties:
· Administration of CH2M Hill's Deferred Compensation Plan · Thorough
knowledge and understanding of Plan documents and administrative
guidelines of each Plan · Process new participant account enrollments ·
Coordinate and execute open enrollments (year-end and mid year) for all
eligible participants · Communicate to participants regarding upcoming
distributions and tax liabilities · Point person for coordinating the
valuation and processing of scheduled and unscheduled account
distributions with plan vendor, Payroll and Stock Administration ·
Respond to current and potential participant inquires; research and
answer questions in a timely manner · Communicate plan changes, law
changes or any pertinent account information · Maintain documentation
and records of executive compensation data for analysis and reporting ·
Administer the executive long-term incentive program and ensure
accuracy of data, calculations, payments and reporting · Administer
quarterly stock option and restricted stock grants · Aggregate all
submissions for stock option and restricted stock grants · Validate
that all requests for stock options are in compliance with approved
guidelines and submit to stock administration for processing and review
by the Stock Option Management Committee · Validate that all requests
for restricted stock grants have been approved by senior management and
submit to executive staff for inclusion in Board materials · Ad hoc
reporting as necessary

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting · Two to three
years of executive compensation related experience · Experience
administering deferred compensation programs · Extensive knowledge and
experience in the use of Microsoft Excel including working knowledge of
v-lookups and pivot tables.


Degree Required: BA/BS

Certification Required: none

Travel Requirement: % minimal


Preferred Qualifications:

· Understanding of IRS rules and regulations governing deferred
compensation plans · Knowledge and experience in administering equity
programs · Excellent data management, analysis and reporting skills ·
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks with limited supervision ·
Oracle HRMS experience
Years of Experience 2+
Recent College Graduate No
