Senior HR Officer (Compensation & Benefits)
|
|
You will be responsible for
- compiling and analyse market survey data for the benchmarking process
- preparing the annual staff cost budget
- assisting the salary review process for the Asia Pacific region
- providing analytical support on benefits and policy review processes
- preparing and maintain the job descriptions and assist the job evaluation process
- assisting the renewal of insurance policies
- supporting the implementation of HR system
- preparing monthly management reports
- handling ad hoc human resources projects
To qualify for this role, you should have
- degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- minimum
5 years solid C&B experience in a sizable multi-national company,
applicant with less experience will be considered as Human Resources
Officer
- experience in SAP HCM implementation is an advantage
- well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
- proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- proactive, independent, well-organized, detail-minded & sensitive to figure
- willing to work overtime and under tight schedule
