The Role
The largest private bank in the United Arab Emirates are seeking a rewards and compensation benefits Manager.
To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 5years
International consulting experience as a rewards and compensation
benefits analyst.
You must be able to support the organisation’s strategy. Recruit
qualified employees and retain capable employees so that turnover is
held to an acceptable level. Ensure internal and external equity and be
sustainable with the financial means of the organisation. Motivate
employees to perform to the maximum extent of their capabilities.
Strengthen the psychological contract and promote ‘organisational
citizenship’. Comply with legal regulations and be efficiently
administered.

Requirements

including Qatar and Bahrain and are among the highest performing banks
in the region. Last year they recorded a Net Profit of over US$517
million from a Total Operating Income of $1,048 million. At the end of
last year our Total Assets stood at $23.8 billion.
