Reporting
to the Head of Compensation and Benefits, the HR Officer will assist in
providing efficient, effective and pro-active compensation, benefit and
systems support to the HR team and managers within the firm, providing
a consistent approach across different parts of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, analyse and interpret data to provide meaningful results

  • Administer C&B related programs

  • Maintain
    and update a comprehensive library of salary and benefits benchmarking
    information from external surveys, staff surveys and other sources

  • Update and maintain wider HR policies in line with best practice and the needs of the KPMG business

  • Provide support for regular and ad-hoc rewards projects


Experience



  • Ideally an HR / business related degree

  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a professional services and/or multi-national corporation environment

  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other benefits / funding schemes across China and Hong Kong

  • A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills

  • Good command of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

  • Good English verbal and written communication skills are essential (Mandarin is desirable)
