Analyzes
executive payincluding base pay,bonus and long-term incentive
compensation.Leads company-wide benchmarking of executive positionsto
industry surveys. Assists with developement of executive
compensationmarket strategy. Interfaces with salary survey vendors and
participate in survey steering committees for the company.
Administersmarket pricing system, maintaining tables and running
reports as needed.Assists in the year-end and mid-year pay planning
process.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree • 2 Years
experience in Data Analysis • 2 Years experience in PowerPoint
and Excel
Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Human
Resources • 5 Years experience in Data Analysis • 1
Year experience in Compensation/Pay Strategies • 2 Years
experience in PowerPoint and Excel • Strong analytical skills
including experience in building models and using pivot tables, macros
or other advanced Excel skills
