Senior Financial Analyst - FAS 123R

Responsible for accurate
external financial reporting of stock compensation and common
stock.Ensure compliance with FAS 123R as well as company's financial
policies and SOX controls.Engage in continual improvement of
accounting/financial reporting processes and implement financial and
accounting best practices.Assist in the conversion and implementation
of new Fidelity stock plan administration system.Assist in technical
accounting research on current and emerging US GAAP and IFRS
requirements to advise management of potential impact to the company.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.5+
years of experience at large public accounting firm or publicly traded
company.Solid working knowledge of FAS 123R as well as SEC reporting
and SOX requirements.Experience with Equity Edge or other Stock
Administration packages.Strong hands-on reconciliation and analysis
skills.Highly organized, accurate and detail-oriented.Polished
professional with effective communication skills.Flexible in dealing
with change.Able to multi-task while maintaining focus on the big
picture.
