Senior Stock Option Services Relationship Manager/VP to Service Fortune 50-100 Clients

NEW YORK CITY - LARGE FIRM

Must have 7-10 years of experience in Stock option services with: KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING:

-Large client market
-Relationship Management Skills
-Strong Cross selling and sales skills
-Stock Plan Administration
-Stock Option Plan's
-Stock Purchase Plans
-Equity Comp Plans
-Restricted Stock Purchase Plans
-Prepare
and present business/technical information to corporate clients related
to equity compensation vehicles and financial services as they relate
to Equity Comp Plans and SPP's
-Work with Financial Advisors and
Financial Advisor teams individually to identify cross-sell
opportunities in their existing book of business
-Participate in division-wide processes (e.g., client advisory panels) to ensure clients remain active

*Candidate
will oversee the entire operation of the account and report directly to
the person in charge of the Fortune 50-100 client Division.

Base: $125K - 145K + Bonus
