Job Description |
The Position: As Manager Human Resources (HR and Compensation) you will provide a comprehensive HR Service to all existing and future joint venture businesses (wholly owned, partnered and associated companies across varied industries) in areas of remuneration, employment policy, resourcing and business support. You will be also responsible for the management and execution of the section's short-term objectives and in consultation with SVP HR (Remuneration & Planning) will be required to set, agree and align longer-term objectives to the needs of the various business entities and future investment strategy of the Emirates Group. Profile | Experience
and Qualifications: - Educated to Degree level in a relevant HR field with a minimum of 5 years HR experience, 2 years of which should have been gained in a managerial role preferably in a remuneration environment. - Experience in an HR role with a background in researching terms and conditions of employment and policies and experience in recruitment/ business support. - Post-graduate diploma in HR management or IPD is essential. - An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS-Word. - Knowledge and use of statistical techniques for the quality standard of analysis and reporting. - Ability to communicate clearly at all levels within a multi-cultural environment and manage a team that is required to critically analyse data, sourcing solutions to problems. - Ability in drafting employment policy, including the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external parties. |
