Solutions Partner HR is engaged in a search for a Senior Manager of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS.

Title: Senior Compensation, Benefits, HRIS Manager
Overall Responsibilities:
• Management, administration, creation, development of all compensation and benefits programs for the global organization. This person will facilitate the coordination of all compensation and benefits programs to support and align with business objectives and strategy. They will also be responsible for a staff providing support, research, implementation and development of people strategies in the area of rewards.
• Drive Total Rewards philosophy balancing offerings in benefits, fixed, variable and equity compensation to meet corporate goals and initiatives within budget parameters.
• Review International benefits offerings to identify areas of synergy to maximize cost effectiveness of offerings across geographies.
• Responsible for the management, maintenance, and oversight of the HRIS system including audit, data security, and related access to confidential information to interested parties on an as needed basis.
• Review workflows to ensure our business systems enable processes for business efficiencies and scalability
• Manages employee relations surrounding compensation programs.
• Decides on priorities for HRIS resources balancing client needs and frequency with costs, budget, system requirements/limitations, etc.
• Manages annual audit of all compensation and benefits programs for both compliance and competitiveness with the market.
Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of compensation strategies and philosophies including experience working with global programs and designs. Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization and influence key decision makers. Prior knowledge of HRIS systems, specifically Oracle. Experience with domestic and global benefits offerings. Experience working with C-level and executive stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, management or other related field required.
Years of Experience: Minimum of eight years in Compensation Program Design.
