Payroll and Stock Administration
•    Ensure multi-state payrolls for Corporate and foreign subsidiary companies, consisting of approximately 200+ employees are processed accurately and in compliance with federal and state laws, utilizing ADP Enterprise
•    Prepare workers' compensation schedules for annual audit, and work with outside insurance auditor conducting the audit
•    Responsibility to process and post all month-end general ledger entries related to payroll accounts for Corporate using Softrax financial system
•    Main contact for 401(k) administration as it relates to payroll, including assisting with mid-year and year-end non-discrimination testing
•    Create ADP ReportSmith Reports for Finance Department as required
•    Assure compliance with company pay policies and government regulations as well as the confidentiality and integrity of payroll information
•    Calculate and prepare manual checks, on an as needed basis, ensuring compliance with current federal, state and local tax regulations
•    Full responsibility for Stock plans, including Processing SSAR stock grants, terminations, exercises and Restricted Stock Unit releases using Equity Edge software
•    Assist with FAS 123 (R) calculations for quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures and forecasting
•    Maintaining integrity of data in Equity Edge Database
•    Interacting with transfer agent and brokers to ensure that trades are settled in a timely manner
•    Prepare Form 4 filing and assist in other SEC filings: includes Section 16, executive compensation disclosures in the proxy statement, FAS 123R disclosures in 10-K and 10-Q.
•    Work with external auditors and consultants related to stock administration during SOX 404 testing and quarterly review and annual audit processes
Requirements:
•    Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines
•    Hands-on knowledge of FAS123R requirements
•    Hands-on experience with SEC Forms 3,4 and 5 filings a plus
•    5+ years experience in Stock Plan Administration including Options and
•    Restricted Stock awards
•    Hands-on experience with Equity Edge version 6.2 or higher
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Strong customer service skills
•    Proficiency in Excel and Word
•    CEP level 1 or higher a plus
