One of Dubai's leading organisations is looking for a Compensation and
Benefits Executive to join their fast growing HR department.
The
position is responsible for the design and implementation of all
strategic compensation and benefits frameworks/models and the
successful implementation of strategic omp and Benefits initiatives.
The
role includes coordinating with appropiate stakeholders to provide a
high quality of advice in the area of pay, compensation and benefits.

You must have
University Degree or equivalent professional qualification. At least 6
years relevant experience, including specialist experience in the
provision of Compensation and Benefits services.
Good understanding of employment law, local custom and practice as it applies to the administration of payroll processes.
Salary: USD 10,000 + benefits per month
