accomplished Compensation & Benefits HR professional is needed for
an international investment bank, to be based in the London office. Our
client is seeking a top tier candidate to establish and implement the
comp & bens processes and systems for the bank worldwide.

This investment bank is part of a foreign-owned international banking
group, serving its customers' businesses all over the world, and having
specific facilities to accommodate trade and economic co-operation with
other countries, the investment banking arm has been recently
established internationally and is set to expand in some major
international emerging markets, as well as from the more developed and
well established locations, such as London and New York.



Head of Compensation & Benefits Main responsibilities • To provide
functional leadership and expertise to the Bank in the area of HR
policy, Compensation & Benefits • Implementation of the company and
global standard policies and controls in the area of C&B • Local
policy issues, employee and industrial relations • Develop and
implement key HR policies which translate to compensation, benefits,
performance evaluations (merit review, bonus, stock options) • Manage
employee relations process • Regional people process reviews and audits



Candidate Requirements: • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human
Resources • Specialist skills in Compensation & Benefits and to
have acquired and developed the specialist and technical knowledge and
skill to perform the role on an ongoing basis and within the changing
environment of the Group • Ability to understand the broader business
environment in which they work from an industry, organisation and
business unit perspective • Will have worked in an investment bank, or
top tier financial organisation • Candidates should speak fluent/native
English
