Job Description/
Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Manager Role:
# To support the recruiting and on boarding of new employees in a
timely and cost-effective manner.
# Furthermore, ensure the organization has good compensation &
benefits practices in place that positions the company competitively in
the Kingdom.
Accountabilities:
# Collaborate with the line organizations to define staffing
requirements.
# Manage internal and external recruitment and searches for recruitment
of supervisory and skilled personnel, ensuring high level of quality
and competencies in line with the demands of the business.
# Ensure salary levels, bonus schemes and benefit packages are
competitive and in line with market practice. # Ensure that all
positions are evaluated are positioned correctly in respect of role
evaluations.
# Identify and develop most appropriate sources to recruit from (e.g.
Campus, competition, contract hires).
# Develop local relationships and coordinate with local & regional
search partners.
# Develop a comprehensive manpower plan to meet hiring needs.
# Track progress against the staffing plan and update line organization
to ensure needs are met.
# Support line with the on boarding of all new hires (the staffing
process is not complete until the new hire has been fully on-boarded).
# Ensure that frontline is a critical component to all recruiting,
selection and on-boarding decisions.
# Build line manager capability to execute staffing fundamentals and
tools: defining needs, screening, interviewing, and selection and on
boarding.
# Contribute to the long-term growth of the business through staffing
and the design of competitive C&B practices that help the
organization meet its strategic business needs.
# Assess employer status and develop plans to improve employer image.
Measures: # Positions filled vs. vacancies identified (AOP)
# Retention / turnover of new recruits (< 1 year)
# Time to fill vacancies
Selection
# Introduction and maintenance of a competence based recruitment
strategy to ensure appropriate and quality recruitment at all level
Reward & Recognition
# To have in position a reward management structure that attracts and
retains quality staff, whilst supports continuous performance
improvement.

Profile Skills & Qualifications:
# University degree preferably in Human Resources
# Experience in building a truly multi-cultural base with hands-on experience in structured interviewing
# Preferably licensed to use SHL testing instruments including personality profiling instruments like OPQ
# Thorough knowledge of compensation & benefits and preferably a certified HAY job evaluator
# Network with search agencies, universities, technical schools, other companies
Package for Compensation & Benefits Manager:
Basic Salary: Up to SAR 20, 000 per month
Plus the following (Housing Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Medical Insurance + Travel Allowance + Education Allowance)
Experience
9 - 18 years
Education

PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( HR/Industrial Relations )
Nationality Any GCC National, Any Arabic National, Any Nationality
Gender Any
