Human Resources is
involved in every part of Accenture's organization with activities that
fall into three main categories: Talent Management (i.e. workforce
planning, recruiting, career management, performance management,
capability development, scheduling and rewards); Employee Engagement
(i.e. focusing on people satisfaction and employee & alumni
relations); and Human Capital Efficiency (focusing on HR strategy, the
operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal
controls). The Human Resources organization plans, sources, develops,
evaluates and rewards Accenture's more than 158,000 people. There are
nearly 3,300 people in the Human Resources organization, working
throughout the company's 49 countries.

Role Overview:

The
Global Compensation Infrastructure Manager is accountable for the
infrastructure of the Global Compensation team with two main areas of
responsibility for the infrastructure manager:

The Global
Compensation Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing all
aspects and touch-points of the infrastructure of the Global
Compensation team. The primary responsibilities for the manager in this
role will be; Program management for the Compensation Simplification
initiative, a multi-year project, teaming with the geographies as they
implement technology solutions for compensation planning and
administration; and Project coordination for the Global Compensation's
Center of Excellence in Buenos Aires.

Basic
Qualifications:

6
+ years of General HR 2 + years of organization and program management
experience 1 + years in compensation Undergraduate degree

Preferred Qualifications:Experience
with global HR technology implementation or global HR initiatives Post
graduate degree with specialization in Human Resources Good
understanding of Accenture's organizational structure and key contacts
Strong understanding of Accenture's policies, processes and procedures
Strong knowledge of compensation design, processes, systems/ tools
Knowledge of Microsoft office tools, including MS Project

Professional Skills:

Ability
to drive work independently with high quality/efficiency Strong
analytical skills; able to draw broad-based conclusions from a variety
of information and sources, develop and support a point of view Ability
to work effectively with all levels of personnel Strong communication
and interpersonal skills


Other Requirements:Travel may be required depending on Accenture offices and clients within scope
