Senior Plan Administrator


Primary Responsibility


Administration and Implementation of the Company's long-term incentive plans (LTIPs) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), including vendor relations, reporting, reconciliation, and general plan administration.


Serve as liaison and equity compensation expert with outside plan administrator, transfer agent, payroll, treasury, tax, accounting, and general counsel.


General Administration



  • Responsible for the administration and implementation of restricted stock, stock options, SARs, and performance-based incentive plans, including grants, vesting, exercises, forfeitures, and pay-outs. 

  • Process monthly and quarterly termination and reconciliation, to include coordination with both outside vendor and internal payroll and accounting departments.

  • Maintain system data and processes, to include loading data into HRIS system, feeding data to 3rd party vendor, maintaining records and ensuring data integrity

  • Manage the enrollment and distribution processes for the company's ESPP

  • Prepare Board of Director compensation packages and track/maintain elections

  • Establish best practices for administration and implementation processes


Reporting



  • Run reports for FAS123R disclosures and equity-related disclosures for quarterly and annual SEC reports

  • Lead/assist in preparation of year-end 10-k and proxy reporting for public subsidiary


Employee Support and Communication



  • Help establish and maintain current communication related to plan administration

  • Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries


Compensation Administration



  • Analyze data, submit surveys, and other compensation department projects as needed.


Requirements



  • Ideal candidate has 3+ years stock plan administration experience

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and establish relationships with others both inside and outside the company

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines

  • Good operating knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Word and Outlook

  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of stock plan administration, including tax, legal and regulatory matters

  • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills; strong attention to detail

  • Experience with PeopleSoft HR (or similar HRIS system) a plus

  • CEP designation a plus
