The Senior Executive Compensation Analyst is
responsible for a variety of payroll and accounting analyses and
reporting with specialized consideration in the area of deferred
compensation. This position possesses a strong knowledge of payroll
concepts, practices and procedures including knowledge of expatriate
and stock option compensation.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes multi-state payroll and accounting information/data to perform necessary calculations for required reporting.

Researches
and responds to complex multi-state payroll inquiries and establishes
and calculates appropriate compensation information.

Act as
first point of contact on all matters of Executive Compensation (i.e.,
Exec. Incentive, Deferred Compensation, Annual Distribution, Dividend
Equivalents, Stock Options, Non-Qualified Pension Accrual, Executive
Deferred Compensation Deductions).

Coordinate with Corporate
Executive Compensation Department to process all Executive Compensation
programs. Establish and monitor the relationship with third party
vendors providing compensation and tax withholding information in
regards to specialty compensation.

Monitor and audit Executive
Compensation related transactions and processes to ensure compliance
and accuracy. This includes the review and validation of the payroll
analyst assigned to executive compensations uploads and entries to the
payroll system.

Oversee Monthly Deferred Compensation Distribution balancing Process.

Support
in the monitoring and audit of the pre-tax benefit related transactions
and processes to ensure tax compliance (i.e., Health Care, Flexible
Spending, Vacation, Savings Plan, LTD).

Validation of the Relocation and expatriate tax related items entered for Executive Compensation.

Completes various functional area surveys.

Compiles data for analysis and reporting and may perform complex analyses.

Completes, maintains, and distributes reoccurring departmental reports (within People Soft and Business Objects).

Performs other duties/projects as assigned, this includes support to the Payroll tax manager.

Possesses
and applies a broad knowledge of financial and accounting principles,
practices and procedures. PC literacy with knowledge of PC based
software (Lotus, Excel, Word, Word Perfect, Access, etc).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Minimum
of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related field,
emphasis in specialty payroll processing, expatriates, and retirees.

High school diploma plus specialized professional training, or equivalent experience.

Some travel is expected.
