Job Title: Stock Plan Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Global Stock Plan Manager to manage our
global equity programs at its’ corporate headquarters in Chandler,
Arizona.



The ideal candidate will assist the following functions:



Responsibilities

Manages daily operations and ensures compliance for Microchip’s global
equity programs including stock options, restricted stock units, and
ESPP.  Ensures timely and accurate processing of daily stock
transactions. Assists with Q&A for internal and external
customers.  Acts as a liaison between employees and brokers. Issues
monthly new hire, special program, and annual grants. Conducts and
helps create employee educational classes.  Manages stock related
projects, including analysis of plan designs.  Monthly, quarterly, and
yearly reporting for Finance Department.



Requirements

Must have experience with Equity Edge and E*TRADE.  Strong skills with
Excel, Access, and Word required.  Minimum 3-5 years in Equity
Compensation or Stock Plan Administration for a publicly traded company
(International experience preferred).  Strong analytical skills,
problem-solving abilities, and customer service skills.   Must be team
oriented, dependable, and flexible with a high work ethic.  Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in business,
finance, or related equivalent experience.  CEP certification
preferred.
