This position is eligible for relocation.


The Equity Plan Administrator, a member of our Human Resources Team,
will report and communicate Russell's global long term incentive plans,
respond to participant and retirees inquiries, as well as daily
administration and third party vendor interface and management.


The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:




Provide daily recordkeeping and reporting for the Long Term Incentive
Plan (Restricted Stock Units, Stock Options, Stock Appreciation Rights
and Outstanding Contributor Award Program). Ensure that accurate and
comprehensive records of equity plan activities are maintained and that
grants are timely and properly communicated.


Liaison with Global Shares, participants, retirees, and internal
partners, such as finance, legal, tax, and payroll relating to the
accounting, interpretation and implementation of plan documents, rules,
and regulatory changes relating to these programs and Plans.


Board and internal reporting, project management, process design and documentation and vendor management.


Modeling of annual grant pools, semi-annual grant packet
preparation, termination processing and payments, calculation of tax
withholding requirements. Participate in internal and external plan
audits.


Coordination with internal communication manager on all
plan/participant communications such as statements, share price
announcements, put/exercise window timelines and vesting.


Provide back-up assistance on recordkeeping and reporting for legacy Russell equity based incentive plans.


Create and/or update all process documentation.

 

The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or other related field; CEP designation desired.


4-6 years of stock administration experience along with an
understanding of accounting and tax issues relating to equity plans; at
least 2 years of direct equity plan administration.


Familiarity with SEC regulations, taxation, payroll, and accounting
(FAS 123R) rules as they relate to stock programs in the U.S.


Knowledge of international regulations and laws as they relate to stock programs.


Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and other regulatory requirements.


Well versed in HR operating environments, along with applicable policies and procedures.


Strong process management, analytical, and decision-making skills.


Excellent verbal and written communication; strong client service skills.


Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, global environment and
possess good interpersonal skills to work with all levels of associates
on a day-to-day basis.


Effective decision making skills and ability to establish clear
course of direction to ensure effective outcomes; resourceful and
innovative problem solver.


Ability to establish rapport and manage relationships.


Highly proficient with MS Products - Outlook, Excel, Access, Word
