Job Description The Compensation Analyst will report to the Director, Executive Compensation and assist in administering the Company's various executive compensation and benefits programs, including the Company's stock plans. This highly visible role will interact with the Company's management and senior-level employees and work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the equity administration process. Process stock award grants, lapses, stock option exercises, reporting, and withholding of related payroll taxes.
• Manage Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) enrollment, contributions, purchases, refunds and withdrawals. Monitor ESPP purchase limits.
• Work with third-party administrator to maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of equity data in the recordkeeping system.
• Responsible for the day-to-day administration relating to the Company's deferred compensation plans (e.g., enrollment, contributions, payments) and other executive compensation and benefits programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries and coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve issues.
• Routinely interact with cross-functional teams (e.g., Payroll, Accounting, HR) to provide relevant compensation data and analysis for processing and compliance.
• Support Accounting and Legal in preparing required disclosures in the Proxy, 10-K and other regulatory filings.
• Maintain and update process documentation and respond to audit requests for internal and SOX compliance.
• Conduct market pricing and pay analysis for executive positions.
• Provide support to ad-hoc requests as necessary.
Job Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience as a compensation analyst, stock plan administrator, or business/financial analyst.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to details and ability to produce accurate and quality work.
• Exceptional analytical/ problem-solving skills; ability to organize and interpret data in a logical way and to identify and resolve issues.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., vlookup, pivot table) required. Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Experience with direct employee communication desired.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team and across functional groups.
• Knowledge of equity compensation and experience with stock plan administration preferred.
• Certified Equity Professional or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (or working towards designation) a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential data.
