COMPENSATION CONSULTANTS AND ANALYSTS
COMPENSATION DESIGN GROUP, INC. has immediate openings for highly motivated and analytical professionals to carry out compensation consulting assignments in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Candidates will be involved in job market survey analysis, pay program design, private and public company incentive plan development, and executive compensation studies.
Compensation Consultant position requires at least two or more years of related consulting experience. A Compensation Analyst position is appropriate for entry-level candidates, or those with less than two years of related experience. Strong computer skills are a must, with thorough understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related business software. Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred, with CCP certification a plus.
All available positions are located in our San Francisco offices.
