Our client is a leading multi-channel specialty apparel retailer primarily focused on plus-size women's apparel.
The
Compensation Manager designs, plans, and implements corporate
compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Designs, plans, and
implements corporate compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
Responsible for achieving organization's desired position in market and
compensation goals, and conducting or participating in surveys. Ensures
the compensation program enhances the organization's ability to recruit
and retain employees.
• Oversees the Performance Management program process, training, development and design.
• Executes the Corporate Compensation guidelines and policies through functional and divisional support.
• Supports Executive Compensation program through analysis, documentation and reporting.
• Executes the annual bonus program distribution and maintenance.
• Develops and executes the non-annual bonus programs, team bonus, spot bonus, etc.
• Further develops and maintains the market pricing and job description files.
• Advises management on compensation actions for employees based upon data analysis and program design.
• Reviews proposed salary actions to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in the field
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Retail experience a plus
• Extensive experience working with equity, proxy analysis and executive compensation.
• Experience leading a performance management process
