Senior Compensation Analyst
(National Capital Reg - Libis, Quezon City)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct
market pricing and internal equity studies by matching jobs and
analyzing compensation surveys to make appropriate recommendations. - Participate in the salary budgeting process.
- Be
a key contributor to the implementation and periodic redesign of
enterprise-wide compensation programs, including annual merit process
and incentive/bonus programs. - Assist in the design of a
robust compensation infrastructure, including compensation guidelines
and the development of management and employee training materials - Develop metrics and analytics for senior management reporting of key compensation data elements.
- Assist with administration of non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
- Determine FLSA job classification and grade range assignment for jobs.
- Stay
abreast of statutory requirements governing compensation administration
and ensure company maintains compliance in all identified areas.
Requirements:
- The
ideal candidate will be able to leverage technology into compensation
processes, have a good understanding of incentive pay and sales
compensation, and be able to establish a consultative relationship with
field and corporate staff. Additionally, candidate will have: - Bachelors’ degree in Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years compensation specific experience; functional HR experience also strongly preferred.
- Broad knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with HRIS experience.
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new software and/or reporting tools.
- Solid knowledge of compensation related laws and regulations.
- CCP certification is preferred (may also be in progress of earning CCP).
- Call center/retail industry preferred.
