We
are conducting a search for a Senior Account Executive who will sell
equity compensation plan administration and other related services to
large corporate accounts in the Southeast. Our client is a leader in
this field and offers an entire service platform for companies who give
employees restricted or unrestricted stock or stock options as part of
their annual compensation  package.

Please let me know if you can suggest anyone who might be appropriate.

The
territory can range from Virginia south to Florida and as far west as
Texas. All large corporations within the territory are available as
targets and candidates can be based anywhere in the territory.

Our
client will pay a competitive base salary, an attractive commission
structure and will consider a first year guaranteed bonus.

Candidates
do not have to have direct equity compensation sales experience but
those selling corporate retirement services, large healthcare plans, or
anyone dealing with HR or employee benefits could be a good choice.  Our
client will also consider salespeople in technology, software, business
process outsourcing and other corporate services.

The
hiring manager fully understands that these corporate sales take a
while and will fully support the candidate with any needed training and
other resources.
