The company is looking for an experienced Compensation Manager to join
our Human Resources Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly

Responsibilities include:
• Maintain salary structure using broadbanding, update job
descriptions, participate in salary surveys, conduct market pricing,
and update compensation policies and procedures and other
compensation-related employee communication
• Administer all compensation programs, through a partnership with the
HR Directors, using the PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors systems and
assist with implementation of new programs
• Organize and oversee the annual performance review, merit increase and bonus processes
• Prepare extensive compensation analysis and reports using PeopleSoft Query, SuccessFactors, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactively suggest improvements and enhancements to current
compensation programs, policies and processes for both immediate needs
and long-term objectives
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Degree preferred. CCP designation a plus.
• 5+ years of solid experience working in the area of compensation
management, in a corporate Human Resources setting required. Prior
experience working in the financial industry a plus. Prior employee
benefits administration experience a plus.
• Experience working with PeopleSoft version 8.3 or higher and the Success Factors system.
• Experience working with equity programs preferred
• Global compensation and executive compensation experience preferred
• Experience with acquisitions a plus
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
