Title: Sr. Stock Plan Administrator
Target salary: $90,000 to $100,000
Location: Marlborough, MA
Reporting to: Dave Peterson, AVP Total Rewards
Key responsibilities: day to day stock administration, heavy interaction with Fidelity Investments and internal Accounting team, oversee China Safe requirements and annual grants/vesting and filing requirements, oversee ESPP program, assist with stock plan guideline development, Tally Sheets, etc.
