Quality Assurance Analyst - Stock Plan Administration

Top-notch quality assurance analysts, building and testing the leading equity compensation software for multiple clients, what could be better?  At privately-held Equity Administration Solutions, Inc. (EASi), the largest independent stock plan software company in the world, you will work on a variety of products and be our stock plan "go-to" person within the Quality Assurance team.  You will make major contributions to our leading product, grow your technical skills, and learn how to automate.  This is a chance to work in a nice, flexible small company atmosphere combined with a fast-paced environment.  But there's more, as we are a company that focuses on employee-growth and actually look for employees who have the EASi-mindset and want to grow with the company.  Plus we offer an environment where ideas are heard, and we listen to your recommendations to achieve our goals.  If you are passionate about equity compensation and quality, come and join us today!

EASi's web-based collaboration platform has redefined the way companies manage and report on equity compensation. The fully collaborative EASi model revolutionizes the way stock plan administration is done. Via EASi's web-based software you provide controlled access to real time data for use by your Broker, Transfer Agent, Employees, Auditors, Corporate Tax, Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Payroll, Legal and HR colleagues. EASi helps offload the inquiry, execution and settlement functions to your broker of choice. Trade confirmations are sent by the broker and participants can use the EASi self-service portal to get annual statements. EASi provides audit reports on demand to reconcile broker and transfer agent activity.

Based out of our office in Pleasanton, CA, you will utilize your equity compensation expertise and knowledge of practices, trends, programs and regulations as the subject matter expert within Quality Assurance.  Your ability to assemble and interpret business requirements, use your CEP background, knowledge of stock plan administration, and experience with plans from public and private companies, will be critical as you create and execute test scenarios.   You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of teams such as Product, Engineering and Client Services  to understand new product features for the purpose of developing new test cases.  Contributing to your success in this role will be any exposure to VB.Net, Visual Studio, Test Complete, SQL and Oracle as you create and update Quality Assurance issues in our defect tracking system.  Excellent communication skills are also critical as you report on what is described in test cases, and escalate any issues to a higher level for resolution.  If you walk and talk equity compensation, apply to EASi today!
