Slalom, LLC (d/b/a Slalom Consulting, SuperConnect and Two Degrees) is a business, technology and financial consulting firm that delivers solutions through a national network of local offices across North America. We are headquartered in Seattle and operate offices in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Phoenix, Portland and San Francisco. In addition to local offices, we have a Virtual Services organization of centralized community-based teams that provide select services to clients in U.S. markets where the company does not yet have a physical office.


Slalom, LLC is hiring an Equity Program Specialist who will report to the Director of Operations. This position will work with the Director of Operations and the General Counsel and other Corporate Services leaders to provide administration and education of the Company's equity program to all current and prospective Slalom, LLC investors.


Responsibilities


• Work directly with General Counsel and Director of Operations to draft all legal investment documents.
• Serves as the key point of contact for Current and prospective investors.
• Responsible for providing investment and details to Slalom's investor group.
• Works directly with the Corporate Communications Director to create presentations and other communication materials for current and prospective investors including but not limited to Annual Meeting materials and quarterly investor reports.
• Manage communications.
• Organize and lead prospective investor meetings with 200+ prospective investors communicate and educate on the investment process.
• Establish and maintain relationships with all current and prospective investors. Manage the organization of all investor documents both hard and soft copy,
• Help manage and maintain the Company's online portal for investors.


Requirements


• 3-5 years of relevant experience. Prefer prior administration of equity programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Self-starter with strong project management and follow-through skills.
• Detail-oriented, hard-working and energetic professional with the ability to build relationships with investors and prospective investors.
• Well-spoken individual with the ability to effectively communicate and present investment materials in a large meeting setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to discretely handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Quick and accurate learner.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong collaborator.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background.
