Job Description


To support the effective delivery of equity compensation products and processes within the broader Performance, Reward & Benefits ("PRB") function. To leverage on the SSC capability, technology and processes to enhance employee and manager experience.
Collaborate with the Product heads in effective end to end delivery of equity compensation products and processes and provide feedback to improve the product offerings and processes.


Key Roles & Responsibilities


1. Project manage key events such as Annual vesting cycle, grants, maturity,share save invitation& maturity. Work in partnership with the Unit head of Equity compensation products in SSC to effectively deliver the key events. Champion all communications for key events and collaborate with the product heads to ensure updated fact sheets and information is made available to employees.



2. Collaborate with the product heads and the SSC team with respect to changes to policies, processes and introduction of new products. Identify the impact on technology, cost, people, processes, employee experience on account of the change and deliver the required changes within agreed timelines. Represent PRB for changes with the change control board and product governance committees


3. Drive the continuous improvement agenda and identify areas of improvement, investigate root causes for production issues and enhance employee experience. Support the SSC teams in operational excellence by providing simple, sustainable and scalable solutions.


4. Support the development of a technology road map for PRB. Work on the evaluation of the effectiveness (both operational and user perspectives) of the existing equity compensation modules on peoplesoft and champion the approved changes. .


5. Monitor service Level agreements and vendor management framework to achieve excellence in delivery and performance of equity compensation products.


6. Support identification, tracking and managing of risks pertaining to equity compensation products and processes (per the new risk register). Ensure robust risk management and governance.


7. Ensure compliance with respect to equity compensation products such as reporting to stock exchanges, regulators etc and ensure the processes are robust enough to capture the requirements with respect to with holding tax and reporting.


8. Work with the Product heads and the AskHR team to develop a robust knowledge management system on equity compensation products. Reduce the no. of equity compensation related employee queries. Collaborate with the unit head of shares in SSC to resolve complex queries.


9. Collaborate with HR Finance and respond to queries with respect to shares accounting costs and provisions.


10. Support development of knowledge and capability of the SSC- shares team


11. Develop dash boards, analytics and provide insights to the leadership team on equity compensation process metrics, data.


Qualifications & Skills


First degree and further professional qualification (e.g. accountancy, tax, legal)
• Proven track record in own area of specialism
• Experience of project management and execution
• Commercial and business acumen
• Experience of equity compensation products/ processes would be advantageous
• Ability to multi task within complex structure and deliver business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, clear oral and written skills; effective questioning and active listening
• Analytical skills
