Sr. Compensation Analyst (Equity Plans):
We have an immediate opportunity available for a Compensation Analyst. Utilizing your 5-7 years professional experience, responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the administration of all Long Term and Short Term Incentive programs, including equity purchases, grants, contributions, distributions.
Serve as day to day contact/plan administrator to:
o Maintain global plan participation data, blackout date, insider list
o Upload grant files; indicative data updates
o Prepare and review new grant files and dividend reports
o Review reports on upcoming distributions and maintain eligibility data
o Work with outside vendor to resolve participant issues and questions
Prepare and send communications to participants for:
o Employee Stock Purchase Plan enrollment and purchases
o Deferred Stock Purchase Plan elections, deferrals and payments
o Stock Plan grants letters and vesting distributions
o Bonus letters
Ensure equity information for all plans has been updated on timely basis for new additions, forfeitures and cancellations. Monitor share usage and burn rates and reconcile activity.
Run monthly reports for options exercises, equity distributions, and other incentives from external vendors, HRIS system and other compensation modules. Provide equity reports to finance/accounting and legal as needed. Perform data integrity review for all data and reporting prepared.
Work with international HR and finance teams on equity plan activity to ensure appropriate tax/income reporting and respond to international data requests.
Track deferred stock activity (allocations, deferrals, payments), update statements and provide to participants upon request. Collect after tax contribution checks, validate that amounts are not over the limits and provide payments to Treasury, update all files accordingly.
Monitor Officer stock ownership and validate pre-clearance requests.
Gather/validate data elements for annual proxy statement.
Work with internal/external auditors to provide documentation supporting equity programs are compliant for SOX and FAS123R purposes.
Respond to participant inquiries in an accurate and timely basis.
Assist with other compensation related duties as needed including maintaining compensation data integrity, variable incentive pay programs, survey data submission.
Create equity module specification and conduct testing on compensation modules.
Required Skills:
Candidate must possess a Bachelors degree and at least 3 - 5 years of compensation/equity administration experience.
Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently. Must have excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving and written/verbal communications skills to coordinate multiple competing priorities.
Strong proficiency required in working with Excel to handle large amounts of data using formulas and pivot tables, Word to prepare written communications and perform mail merge, and HR Data systems to gather information and run reports. Must be able to maintain highly confidential data. CCP or pursuit of CCP is preferred. Some travel may be required.
