Position/Title:  Apprentice Stock Plans Administrator

FRS is looking for a recent graduate with a major in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration or a corporate professional with 0-1 years of experience in with stock plans administration. We will train the right candidate for a new career in Stock Plan Administration.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• 0-1 years experience in corporate stock plan administration and/or administration in a related field


• Service Provider liaison


• Works well under supervision


• Excellent customer service skills


• Experience should include equity compensation for a global, public corporation


• Some experience in Options, ESPP, and RSAs


• Some knowledge of laws and regulations for equity comp


• Software application experience in one of the Software Applications - Equity Edge, EASi, Transcentive and/or eProsper


• Organized and efficient


• Excellent English written and oral communication skills


• Must know Excel, Word, and PPT proficiently


• Accurate database maintenance


• Transfer agent and broker firms liaison


• Processing of option grants and exercises transactions


• Disqualifying and qualifying dispositions tracking and reporting


• ESPP enrollment, purchase and distribution
