Position/Title:  Junior Stock Plans Administrator

The person must have general knowledge in the laws and regulations of Equity Compensation for a global company. This includes Equity Compensation securities laws, tax laws, and a general knowledge of the accounting regulations in order to properly administer and perform the basic responsibilities surrounding a company's equity plans. 

 Skills and qualifications required:

• Coordinate the processing of option grants and exercises transactions


• Disqualifying and qualifying dispositions tracking and reporting


• ESPP enrollment, purchase and distribution


• Accurate database maintenance


• Transfer agent and broker firms liaison


• Service Provider liaison


• Answer employee questions and explain to employees on the "how-to's" of transactions


• Works under supervision


• Excellent customer service skills

 
Job requirements:

• CEP Level 1 or 1+ years experience in corporate stock plan administration and/or administration in a related field


• Experience should include equity compensation for a global, public corporation


• Must have some experience in Options, ESPP, and RSAs


• Must have some knowledge of laws and regulations for equity comp


• Must have software application experience in one of the Software Applications - Equity Edge, EASi, Transcentive and/or eProsper


• Must be organized and efficient.


• Must have excellent English written and oral communication skills


• Must know Excel, Word, and PPT proficiently.
