We at SOAProjects are looking for Senior Equity Admin for our Mountain View,CA office. The candidate will be involved in below job responsibilities:

1. Managing stock administration of Private and Public companies.
2. Establishing effective stock admin processes to handling specialized issues tailored to client needs,
3. Extensive knowledge of equity solutions, including equity repricings, exchanges, ESPP rollouts, and database conversions.
4. Should have experience with all forms of equity administration software - Equity Edge, Easi, eProsper, Transcentive, etc.,
5. Managed all forms of equity instruments - options, ESPP, RSU/RSA's, performance, SAR's, net-settled, etc.
6. Candidate's Equity strengths should include a broad knowledge of stock administration, Section 16 compliance, database reconciliation, and FAS123R reporting.

Qualification:

5-7 years of stock administration experience.

Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
Solid understanding of equity plans and functional knowledge of FAS123R
Willingness to take on new projects and become subject matter expert in given area
The successful candidate will also have a positive attitude, Team player skills.
