Sr. Equity Compensation Analyst for a major financial services organization in the Greater New York City area. The primary
responsibilities include providing equity compensation analysis and
support to client groups. The role will partner with HR Relationship
Managers and business clients on key compensation items. The role will
also be required to conduct market reviews and analysis to ensure
competitive pay and participate in salary surveys.
Must
be astute in stocks, options, stock grants, RSU’s, etc. and the
implications from a tax perspective. The CEP is a requirement as well as
a 4 year college degree and a minimum of 4 years in compensation, at
least 4 years in project management, and 2 years in job evaluation and
market based compensation systems. This person will become the resident
expert in equity compensation, will report to an expert in executive
compensation, and will be positioned for growth in the organization.
