Manage PEP, PBG and PAS EID programs ($590MM in plan assets; 2,700 eligible participants)
* Manage all aspects of administration for "Top 30" senior executives and B5+ ownership calculation/documentation/
Prepare LTI and EID severance exhibits Direct responsibility for 6
Corporate HR department budgets including budget development,
forecasting and detailed reviews; consolidation of 16 Corporate HR
department budgets totaling $75MM * Ensure accurate and timely
administration of the PEP , PBG , and PAS executive deferral programs
including responsibility for:
* Day-to-day issue resolution from executives, third-party service providers, and financial/tax advisors
* Management/coordination of internal/external stakeholders
(Fidelity, Merrill Lynch, Hewitt, Division C&B, Tax, Legal, Finance,
Accounting, participants, and financial advisors) as it relates to each
deferral program
* Monthly/quarterly disbursements in accordance with plan documents, and applicable federal and state tax rules
* Management of the annual enrollment window for base salary and bonus deferrals
* Manage all aspects of "Top 30" senior executive process including:
* Binder/record maintenance (communications, required filings, statements, etc.)
* Monthly calendar of upcoming events/activities
* Quarterly and year end reconciliation of pay registers
* Year end reconciliation of tax documents (e.g., W2's, 1099's, etc.)
* Prepare LTI and EID severance exhibits for banded executives as requested by Legal within pre-established deadlines
* This requires understanding of the company's equity (executive
and broad-based) and deferred compensation programs (e.g., program
rules, treatment under various termination scenarios, etc.)
* Consolidate ~20 Corporate HR department budgets totaling $75MM;
preparation of monthly reports and analyses; investigating actual vs.
budgeted spend; direct responsibility for 6 department budgets which
includes budget development, forecasting and detailed reviews; review
with SVP, C&B and other department leaders
* Provide analytical support on special projects as needed by pre-established guidelines
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required
* 5-8 years experience
* Experience with deferred compensation administration and 409A
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Self motivator who can adapt to changing conditions
* Must be able to work with/without supervision and concurrently handle and prioritize multiple responsibilities
* Must have strong administrative, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
* Must be willing to work flexible hours to meet demand
* Must be able to work well with all level of employees
