Manage day-to-day administration of broad-based PEP and legacy PBG/PAS (ACE, PLUS and KEEP) equity programs

Support key executive compensation programs to ensure compliance and
that programs are administered in accordance with plan rules

Provide overall analytical support to the Compensation department (e.g., benchmarking, AOP/IGP, PMP, etc.)

Ensure accurate and timely administration of all broad-based equity
award programs (PEP SharePower/Chairman's, legacy PBG ACE/PLUS and
legacy PAS KEEP) for ~90,000 participants world-wide until all awards
have expired or are no longer outstanding (final award expires in 2020)

 -         Analyze daily 3 rd party file transmission audit reports,
identify root cause of issue(s), and independently work with relevant
parties (e.g., ML, global Division C&B, participants, etc.) to
resolve issues

-         Manage customized internal grant correction system requests
submitted by Divisions; analyze for completeness, accuracy and perform
additional research to determine broader implication of issue(s) where
appropriate

-         Analyze and resolve daily rejected exercise activity from
third party service provider as to not hold up 3-day settlement
guideline

-         Administer broad-based equity programs (PEP, legacy PBG/PAS) consistently and in accordance to plan rules

-         Financial Reporting - period and quarterly reconciliation of
option exercises with Tax, Financial Reporting and Accounting

-         Determine impact of legislative changes on plan processes;
develop and implement processes to comply including partnering with
Compliance analyst on any tax changes

-         Manage grant expiration campaign with third party service provider

Manage Chairman's award process including:

-         Analyze impact of recommended plan design changes

-         Developing annual project plan with limited supervision
including aligning global compensation VPs on process/timing/etc.,
rolling out process to division coordinators

-         Managing the third-party vendor responsible for Chairman's/Harvey C. Russell nomination website

-         Reviewing nomination forms, ensuring award criteria is met,
reviewing nominations with divisions to understand nomination,
developing list of recommended nominations, and presenting recommended
nominations to SVP, Total Rewards

-         Estimate Comp Committee share request for annual Chairman's/Harvey C. Russell awards

-         Process and communicate annual Chairman's award including
coordinating announcement of winners with Divisions, and managing plaque
generation and distribution

Benchmark Executive, Non-Executive Exempt and Non-Exempt compensation
and annual merit budget/salary structure movement relative to the market

-         Work with divisions to identify benchmark positions and to
learn and gain critical insights into each of our businesses

-         Complete annual compensation surveys within established
deadlines (annually ~6 large surveys are completed encompassing over
300+ exec and middle management benchmark jobs)

-         Analyze and track results to determine and recommend annual
salary ranges and merit budget, and appropriate job leveling

Manage the Division data collection and reconciliation for the annual
Stock Comp Annual Operating Plan by established deadlines including
aligning Divisions on process/timing

*       Support annual Performance Management Process for Band 3+
executives (VP level and higher) including analyzing whether annual
merit budget, average I/O, promotion/equity increases where within
guidelines/spend by Division by Band



Requirements:

*



Minimum 5 years previous experience in equity compensation administration preferred

*       Bachelors degree required

*       Strong problem solving skills

*       Ability to work in a challenging business environment
demonstrating flexibility by managing numerous priorities concurrently

*       Strong verbal and written communication skills

*       Results oriented, highly motivated, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner





Ability to:

*              Work well under pressure and handle tight deadlines

*              Work independently without supervision

*              Work well in a team environment
