Equity Plan Specialist Location: US-NY, Melville, Verint

• Bachelors degree


• Minimum 5-8 years experience in equity plan administration.


• Understanding of equity accounting (FAS 123R) desirable.


• Thorough understanding of equity compensation.


• High level of proficiency using Excel, Access and Word.


• Must be able to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.


• Must be a highly motivated individual driven to keep pace in a fast moving and dynamic environment.


• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.


• Able to interface with all levels within the organization.


• Successful
  completion of a background screening process including, but not limited
  to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS
  verification.
