Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to CFO
Administration of Yelp's equity incentive plan, including grant paperwork, exercises, transfers, issuances and cancellations.
Devising, driving, and implementing scalable practices relating to equity compensation for domestic and international employees.
Preparing relevant regulatory reports, disclosures and filings.
Developing training and educational programs for employees.
Staying current on relevant regulatory, legal and other developments
Preparing, distributing and understanding valuation, financial disclosure and FAS123R expense reports.
Ensuring and maintaining SOX 404 compliance; working with external auditors to ensure successful audits.

Required Skills/Experience:

3-5 years stock administration experience in a multi-national, public corporation.
CEP Level I or II.
Strong working knowledge of Equity Edge software.
Solid understanding of equity plans and operational knowledge of FAS123R.
Detail oriented.
Excellent writing skills, strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent judgment, the ability to work independently and as a team player, and the ability to function in a highly confidential environment.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, required.
