OPTIONEASE, INC. is the market and technology leader in on-demand web based accounting compliance solutions. More than 500 companies ranging from small privately held start-ups to large multi-national public corporations are using the OptionEase solution to comply with the complex regulation of FAS 123(R) and manage their equity plans.


OPTIONEASE is looking for an IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER to concentrate on the on-boarding and integration points for certain key client accounts.  


This position is responsible for creating, establishing and managing project plans and timelines for the onboarding of new customers or integration projects.  This includes ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while communicating details of the project's status and any potential risks/opportunities with the team.  Complete required tasks for the onboarding of new customers and provide overview training to customer on as needed basis.  This position will require travel to customer sites (frequency to be determined by Manager). 


Experience Required:



  • Highly Capable in the area of Project Management

  • Detail oriented

  • Equity Compensation Industry experience or equivalent Accounting industry experience

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Technology literate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to travel up to 25-75% of the time

  • Excellent time, project management and organizational skills; setting priorities and maintaining flexibility in a changing environment;

  • An ability to problem solve and facilitate solutions with limited direction

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Prior equity solutions experience a plus


Qualifications / Requirements



  • BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

  • Eligible to work in the United States (as a citizen, green card holder or EAD card holder). This position is not able to provide sponsorship, visa transfers or H1-B's or F1-B's.

  • CEP Certification (level 1, 2 or 3) preferred however other financial certifications or equivalent experience will be considered

  • Mission Viejo, CA based position but option to telecommute from outside Southern California based on candidate skill set.
