Equity & Executive Compensation Specialist

Purpose


The role is an integral part of the Corporate CoE (Centre of Expertise)
structure and covers specific expertise in international equity and
other compensation programs and policies.


The role holder will primarily work with the Global Head Executive
Compensation and Equity in the design and implementation of corporate
equity program and will additionally support the development of other
compensation policies and programs.




Accountabilities


• Contribute to the development of global equity and other compensation
programs and ensuring their consistent application throughout the
company


• Deal with equity/compensation case management and issues such as;
investigations, analysis, recommendations with regard to tax, social
security, employment, legal and governance require-ments that arise in
connection with equity and other compensation plans and policies


• Lead projects or support major projects in the equity management and or executive compensation space


Meet operational needs in connection with customized transactions and payment processes


• Assist or lead the development of strategic business cases or projects
related to equity plans and their management, compensation programs,
and other matters in the scope of the CoE


• Contribute to the development/enhancement of global compensation
policies and processes by leading projects or supporting the CoE team in
major projects


• Give advice, support to regional C&B managers, members of the
business project or leadership teams, and to Global HR Business partners



• Coordinate, cooperate, support other CoE experts (International
assignments, Sales incentive plans, regional C&B CoEs, etc.)
