Description

* Financial Reporting - preparation and distribution of FAS123R expense reports.
* Manage the annual focal grant and release process.
* International tax and securities research and compliance.
* Develop and maintain global equity program communication materials including procedures manual.
* Manage the organization of Stock Administration records.
* Serve as key contact for internal and external auditors.
* Serve as key contact for internal controls related to Stock Administration.
* Manage tracking and reporting of Section 16 insider transactions.
* Manage insider trading window, tracking and communications.
* Assist with preparation of proxy statement tables.
* Assist with the processing of stock option grants, exercises, and cancellations.
* Respond to and resolve simple to complex issues related to global equity programs.

Qualifications

* Ability to work on problems of diverse scope, demonstrating sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
* In depth knowledge of Stock Administration principles and Equity Edge software.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting principles related to equity compensation (e.g., FAS 123R)
* International equity program experience.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (pivot tables, vlookup, mailmerge)
* 3-5 years stock administration experience.
* Finance/Accounting degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
