Overview
E*TRADE Corporate Services provides equity compensation services to over 1500 corporate clients and over 1 million plan participants.  The Global Equity Segment Leader is responsible for driving the strategic direction for E*TRADE Corporate Services' international product development portfolio.  The Global Equity Segment Leader will report directly to the head of Product Management and is responsible for all aspects of global equity product planning and must work closely with diverse teams including client management, customer support, and training to develop and deliver innovative solutions.  This role is seeking an experienced and seasoned individual who has demonstrated long term global equity leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as an internal subject-matter expert on global administration side of the equity compensation marketplace, including applicable regulations, industry trends and market conditions. Analyze the impact of these factors on E*TRADE Corporate Services products, business, and clientele


• Drive the global equity product strategy and roadmap to meet the needs of the U.S. multinational corporate clients issuing equity compensation


• Actively participate as an industry expert and leading voice in the marketplace by giving global equity trend and design presentations at user group meetings and industry conferences


• Build business cases and strategy documents that include opportunity assessment, positioning strategy, and financial analysis to support successful adoption of global equity administration related projects


• Deliver on ongoing business and product requirements and enhancements with associated prioritization, metrics, and supporting analysis


• Assess partnership opportunities and establish third party programs that support the global equity compensation needs of U.S. multinational organizations


• Perform competitive and market analysis to ensure E*TRADE Corporate Services keeps a competitive edge within the global equity marketplace


• Partner with Client Management and Sales by serving as an industry expert for global equity administration best practices


• Lead and deliver webinar sessions on topical global equity content and E*TRADE product portfolio information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years related experience in consulting, business strategy, or product management of global equity plans.


• Financial services, audit firm, or equity compensation knowledge is preferred.


• Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in project management of global equity strategies for corporations


• Must be strong writer with excellent English grammar and communication skills


• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, and to work effectively with clients, Product Delivery, and Client Management teams


• Track record of success managing large global equity related initiatives or consulting projects for clients


• Possess strong organizational and analytical skills; Ability to think strategically and have creative problem-solving skills


• Project Management experience;


• Must be extremely detail-oriented and be able to manage numerous projects at one time


• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint


• Bachelor degree or equivalent education. Masters preferred.
