More than 500 companies ranging from small privately held startups to large multi-national public corporations are using the OptionEase solution to comply with the complex regulation of FAS 123(R) and manage their equity plans.
OptionEase is looking for to fill Senior Operation positions on both the East and West Coast. OptionEase's west coast operations are located in Mission Viejo, California and OptionEase has opened an East Coast office with its broker partner in New York and will be hiring talent in the surrounding area to support clients and new business opportunities in that region.
Must have previous experience in the equity compliance industry.
