OPTIONEASE SALES MANAGER NEEDED

OptionEase, Inc. is the market and technology leader in on-demand web based accounting compliance solutions.  More than 500 companies ranging from small privately held startups to large multi-national public corporations are using the OptionEase solution to comply with the complex regulation of FAS 123(R) and manage their equity plans.

OptionEase, Inc. is looking for a Sales Manager to manage, educate and train the Sales and Marketing staff. 

Essential Responsibilities include the following:

* develop relationships with service provider firms

* develop business strategies / ideas and implement them

* review team performance

* conduct market research to identify and qualify prospective clients

* proactively conduct phone, email reach out and follow-up

* schedule product demonstrations

* document status and meeting details in internal CRM system

* prepare proposals and user agreements

* learn product demonstrations and competition

Work experience requirements:

* Microsoft Office applications including Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook

* Excellent verbal and written skills

Education requirements:

* 2+ years work experience

* College degree in related field

* working in a startup environment with tight deadlines

* managing multiple projects simultaneously

* strong customer focus
