JOB BOARD: Sr. Mgr. Incentive Compensation- Seattle

Dendreon just opened a position for a Senior Manager of Incentive Compensation. As a strong leader, this individual will develop, implement and administer global short and long term incentive, equity-based, field incentive compensation plans. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develops, administers and reports on global equity programs (grants, vesting, taxation, vendor management)


• Develops and administers processes with a strong focus on controls, consistency and reporting requirements


• Works closely with regional HR, payroll, tax, finance and legal departments to prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and disclosures


• Partners with Sales Operations to develop and administer quarterly/annual sales incentive compensation


• Develops and administers annual corporate bonus program and all other short- or long-term incentive programs


• Develops and delivers communications for all short and long term incentive compensation programs


• Keeps apprised of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance.


• Assists the Director in the preparation of the Compensation Committee meeting materials.


• Competitive benchmarking and survey analysis to ensure the Company's competitive position


• Provides insights to other departments as part of cross-functional project teams.


• Assists with special projects and analysis as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of compensation and equity experience


• Typically 5 years leadership experience.


• CCP and/or CEP


• Experience with Equity Edge


• Strong analytical and process development skills


• Excellent people management skills


• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications
