OPTIONEASE PRODUCT MANAGER NEEDED

OPTIONEASE,INC. is the market and technology leader in on-demand web based accounting compliance solutions. More than 500 companies ranging from small privately held start-ups to large multi-national public corporations are using the Option Ease solution to comply with the complex regulation of FAS 123(R) and manage their equity plans.

OPTIONEASEis looking for a PRODUCT MANAGER to concentrate on the design, deployment and documentation of the administrative features within the OptionEase application. This position will also oversee several ongoing simultaneous projects providing necessary business oversight and leadership.

The Product Manager will be the voice of the "administrator" within the Product Group and maintain relationships with administrators at key client relationships. To be successful this individual must own the execution of the administration roadmap from design through documentation.

Experience Required:

• Working with and deployment of multiple stock administration platforms


• Industry experience as a Stock Plan Administrator (various awards including ESPPgrants)


• Managing multiple projects simultaneously


• Strong communication (written and verbal), analytical and leadership skills


• Ability to multi-task and work under high customer demand and changing priorities


• Strong desire to create next generation Saas solutions

Qualifications I Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred


• Eligible to work in the United States (as a citizen, green card holder or EADcard holder). This

position is not able to provide sponsorship, visa transfers or H'l-B's or Fi-B's.

• CEPCertification (levell, 2 or 3)
